Room: Excellent, excellent room accommodation. When we booked, we didn’t expect a TV and we are happy with the bathroom.

Food: Excellent food .Better than we thought we would ever get. Great big amount of food. I only wish two things. (a) More Vegetarian option (b) That mineral water was included.

Service: Excellent service. I loved that they come to our door when things were happening. Friendly, friendly service.

Activities: Absolutely loved the safari: elephant activities really liked the dance. I am glad there is not too strict schedule. I was happy I could sleep instead of go to one or two activities. I like having the choice.

Staff: Great people, great service

Others: Love the look of the place, very scenic and beautiful. Great dining area.

Room: Clean, cool, every thing we needed, water was pure. Air conditioning + fan lovely, TV a luxury + Bathroom nice + clean.

Food: Very good meals were always nice.

Activities: Lots of fun. All were very good, elephant bathing + elephant safari the favorites.

Staff: Very helpful + friendly.

Room: Very clean & nice room Shower amazing A/C awesome, Loved the rooms.

Food: Always hot & prepared to us catered for only needs & always cooked well. Dar bath best had in a month in Nepal.

Service: Excellent, attentive staff, always smiling and accommodating, very happy.

Activities: Full program, well thought through (No tourist in mid day heat) would love to visit again in March.

Staff: Excellent helpful staff went beyond their duty and provided an amazing experience.

Room:Very nice , Clean and Spacious room with nice furniture all technique you need and great bathroom . Very nice veranda in front.

Food:Very good food, nice service, and plenty of choices. Tastes super ,I felt I could eat everything (because it’s clean) here.

Service:Very kind people ! Perfect service from the personal wake-up call to the personal guide who shows you all and helps whatever he can.

Activities:They were best –no amounts of tourist getting all the same. I felt as they made everything especially for me- that’s great.

Room:Wonderful! The showers felt really nice after a hot day and the bed was very comfortable.

Food:The food was especially good. The food tasted very good. I loved the way the lassi’s and shakes were served. Yum…yum…yum.

Service:The service was very good. It was also quick.

Activities:I think I had more fun bathing with Elephant then I had in a long while.

Staff:The staff was all nice and was always asking whether we needed anything. The staff was very friendly.

Other:I liked the art work on the building and how they separated into different houses. Thank you!!!
