Payment Terms

As per our company policy, we require at least 50 percent payment done to confirm your booking. The payment can be done by Bank Transfer, Credit Cards or via money transferring agents. You can pay the rest amount in our office in Kathmandu or in Jungle Safari Lodge, Chitwan. You can settle your bill in US Dollars, or equivalent Nepalese Rupees or by credit cards.

Bank Transfer:

50 percent or full amount can be transferred to our account. The customer will be liable for any bank charges while sending the money. The details are as below:

Credit Card:

In order to pay by credit card, please download the form below, fill it up and send to us in our email address (info@junglesafarilodge.com) Image. Please send us your copy of your passport and also copy of both side of your credit card. We will handle your details very securely and none of the details will be passed to any third parties. There is surcharge of 4 percent in every credit card transaction so please add 4 percent extra on the total amount you paying. For e.g. If you are paying 100 USD, please write USD 104 in the form. Once payment has gone through, we will send you confirmation via email.

Money Transferring Agent:

Payment can be send through different money transferring agents such as WESTERN UNION, MONEY GRAM, and COINSTAR etc. Payment can be made to Suman Ghimire. The Customer should be liable for whatever charge occurs. Once we receive payment, we will send you confirmation via email.
